Non exempt employees work too much overtime. No money for process improvement. No money to hire key floor positions yet some useless managers are overpaid.

It was a great company with great opportunity and some great people but things drastically changed as they transitioned with another company. There was plenty of work to be done and things were constantly changing, great for folks who are motivated and enjoy challenges.

Cons

Just like at every job I suppose you will find some folks who are great to work with, with whom you can collaborate, learn from each other and achieve great things as a team and individually and truly feel like you've made an impact. Then you run into people who are not motivated, don't care about their jobs nor responsibilities and place roadblocks every where they can.
