Great ethos towards work - getting it right is the priority, not the speed to market. Work life balance is excellent and the work is interesting and philanthropic. The management are keen to listen.

Cons

The office is studious and quiet. That said the staff are all friendly and I have never heard a raised voice. Process is paramount so if you like to fly free then this is not the place for you. I love it which is not really a con....

Pros

Great work environment! A lot of opportunities for volunteering and giving back to the community. Great benefits including company subsidized health, dental and vision and tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Some departments are split up among buildings creating some logistical problems. Some problems communicating face to face with managers.
