      Pros

      A lot of good people, feels like a very big family company at times, some "old time charm" of big companies from many decades ago.

      Cons

      Increasing workloads without consideration of people's bandwidth. Zero support from workplace services (IT, HR, room reservations, facilities etc). Make you do everything yourself.

      Pros

      Overall a great experience. It was very interesting to be able to work with cutting edge machinery and experimentation methods. All of the people were extremely nice and helpful throughout the course of the summer internship.

      Cons

      There wasn't much collaboration with others or oversight of my job until the very end of the summer. Additionally I had only one task to complete over the entire course of the summer and at some points there would be nothing at all for me to do for a day or two.

      Pros

      Good place to work. Very ethical company. Internal environment is excellent. Average sallary but with good benefits. Innovative company that listen your ideas

      Cons

      Burocracy is often an obstacle that makes processes really slow. Work demands many functions that cannot be done during normal schedule. It is really hard to equilibrate between personal and work life.
