      Pros

      Opportunities to work in many places around the world, and in a variety of specialities; this gives employees the opportunity to expand their knowledge, and find new areas that they may not ever have though about.

      Cons

      While also being a pro, being a diverse company does have it's down side; the most affect on our small facility is that "one size does not always fit all"

      Pros

      A good mix of employees with which to interact and learn.

      Cons

      Corporate management is disconnected from what is happening at other sites. HR personnel are involved in management of areas of which they have no knowledge. Resources are constrained and employees are expected to make it work.
