Pros
Decent benefits ( although cost continue to go up each year) Friendly atmosphere Spends quite a bit of time trying to make employees happy. People are great Very skilled staff, although many lack communication skills.
Cons
Hard to get anything done, Politics are thick. Spend way to much time trying to please everyone that no work gets done. Misses alot of key things that make employees happy. Like having the right equipment or training to do their jobs properly. Most resistant to change company I've ever seen. With 1950's attitude. Some titles are incorrect for actual work being done. Spends large amounts of money on things that must be scrapped later on. Because they didn't meet the expectations. Mostly because they went with the cheapest thing they could find. And didn't listen to anyone when they repeatedly said it's not going to work. Especially when they would have got 4 times the production out for only double the price of the cheapest one. Currently doing engineering work at technician pay, and below average pay for a technician. NON-SMOKING world wide in april 2011
