      Good opportunities for growth, company is keen to promote from within. Good training resources. They embrace continous improvement philosophy in various areas of the Business.

      Cons

      Painfully slow at times, like trying to turn an oil tanker around. Too many steering committees and confusing levels of matrix management, making coordination and clarity difficult.
