Pros

Great work - life - balance. Worked with a great group of people which felt like family. Everyone took a lot of pride in what they did as a team.

Cons

It was extremely disappointing when CFN decided to outsource to sell to BD. A lot of good people lost their jobs.

Cons

They really don't care much about their field employees in my experience. Very poor stability if you're in the "field", the first thing senior leadership does when profits start to decline is to see how many people they can layoff. Lazy way to run a business.
