Diversity is weak, Management representation who from the gay, non-white, disability, or who are single parents from low income families are practically non existent. There is a huge disparity in terms of this representation in the UK versus US. Colleagues are frightened to speak up in case they loose their jobs. Its a toxic company with senior management that seem to endorse bad behaviour ie bullying. Too much lip service and tick boxes.

Can be very monotonous. You won't really see change. Everything moves very slow in the organization. Like any other big company.
