I'm meeting talented and supportive people, and the atmosphere is truly positive and inspiring. The medical products appear to be highly innovative and of excellent quality, with a lot of potential. I’m really looking forward to meeting our customers and hearing their feedback.

While I truly appreciate the opportunity to contribute and collaborate in this environment, I’ve noticed that some internal procedures are quite complex, which can significantly slow down even routine tasks and potentially lead to frustration. Additionally, the recent reduction in flexibility is concerning, as it may seriously impact work-life balance—particularly for families with children. I believe these aspects deserve careful consideration to ensure a sustainable and motivating workplace for everyone.
