      It used to be great but its starting to go downhill

      Pros

      I love the travel aspect of the job and there is no micromanaging. Great peers and you really feel like a team. Travel benefits are great and insurance is okay as well. Compared to other healthcare jobs I do like it.

      Cons

      higher ups are more worried about bringing in as much money as possible and less worried about quality of products. too many politics involved and promoting based on who they know rather than actual work skills

      Pros

      I was a field employee with a home based office. I enjoyed the work and loved telecommuting. Overall BD is a good place to work.

      Cons

      Being a field employee does has have limitations for job progression. Work life balance can be tough at times due to travel.
