      Good organization with accomodating leadership.

      Pros

      Managers care about your well being. You get exposure to a variety of new tech and best practices. They are willing to listen to feedback from employees. Easy to work in different positions within the company.

      Cons

      Slow to evolve, but at least willing to try. Doesnt fully embrace agile development, but at least they try. A bit stingy with the paying their employees well, and as a result have lost some of their best people. Constant re-org. Overly reliant on outsourced work.
