The team is really hands-on and very much like a "team". It's a great work environment, especially if you're starting with no experience. A few free food here and there (that drastically went down over the year lol)

Cons

The yearly bonus is so disappointing.... Second, some managements don't know how to manage. I guess that's being offset by the other managers that do know how to manage, but then again, you don't want to be teamed with "THAT" kind of manager.
