Pros

Office Administrative staff and managers are genuine and hard working.

Cons

Office partners are completely disconnected from the business needs of the staff. Talk a lot about values and culture, but when it comes time to for action, it means very little. Staff feel overworked and under appreciated.

Pathetic HR- HR will not listen, not support and wont be of any help to you No clarity of exit process They dont even process you expenses once you leave No opportunity to work and grow

Great internship program, great people, nice perks overall, decent benefits, flexibility (to an extent)

Cons

PTO, culture of disposability for anyone lower than Manager, long hours (obviously), kept a shorter-than-necessary leash on associates, poor budget setting and planning
