Great colleagues, support and, family atmosphere. Better work life balance than big 4 forms, better pay, better attitude. Less seasonality. Working hours are about 50-55 hours, very rarely weekends, drops to 40-50 in off season. (Big 4 would be 60-90 hours, 40 in off season) Smaller clients means more exposure to different areas if a single audit at lower levels.

Cons

Not a big 4 firm (in terms of contribution to career) Some of the clients are riskier than you'd get at big 4 firms

As for "riskiness" we take our obligation to address financial reporting risks seriously and therefore invest heavily in both training and deep technical resources.
