Very good relationship. Nice work/life balance. Loyal managers and directors to their stuff

Cons

Not so "pro" as in Big4. You don't report in english. Less salary than in Big4. Same work. Do not have motivation to get ACCA qualification No free coffee.

Great people, each individual has his or her own character. Great service for companies that are looking for high performance and no fees.

Cons

People are not as valued as they should be and benefits are mediocre. Human resources is supposed to support their people, but they create more barriers than opportunities for their people. Response time is really slow.
