My experience at the organization has been very disappointing. The work culture is heavily impacted by internal politics and favoritism, which overshadows merit and hard work. Support from leadership during personal challenges was limited, and there was often little empathy or flexibility offered when employees were dealing with difficult life situations. The valuation team, in particular, did not feel supportive. Growth and recognition often appeared to be influenced more by personal alignment with certain leaders rather than actual contribution, knowledge, or performance. This environment made it difficult to feel valued or motivated. Overall, the culture did not promote employee well‑being, fairness, or understanding, and my time there was far more stressful than it should have been.
