I did not have a positive experience working with BL Harbert. The biggest issue I noticed was the lack of proper management and leadership — there was very little structure or direction, which made it frustrating for anyone who has ambition or career goals. For those who want to build a career, grow professionally, and feel supported by a strong management team, BL Harbert may not be the right fit.
