Pros
Decent pay, they've stood by everything promised to me pre employment and then some. Will provide the tools needed to get the job done. Safety conscious, training. The site I'm on has decent management (now) that pays attention to those that work hard. Upper management nationwide are very approachable. The employees that have been here for 5+ years after very helpful on management expectations and always willing to share their knowledge.
Cons
Unreasonable schedules at times. Have had a large turnover of personnel as the site I'm on are all new employees. Some worked out while others obviously didn't fit the role. Insurance is decent but could be cheaper. Bonuses would be appreciated especially for salaried employees. 50+hour work weeks every week are expected along with weekends. This site has had its bumps from the beginning but we've managed to overcome a lot of them thankfully. They ask a lot from those in management positions even beyond their working experience.
