      You can work overseas and travel.

      Cons

      If you are a young female and don't want to be raped by all your bosses in a construction site overseas, don't work there! You will be immediately fired, if it's okay with you in order to keep your job then work there

      Pros

      Very nice people that seem to honestly want to do their best and to help you. Support staff is outstanding, from IT to HR to security.

      Cons

      Operates like a small company even though they are much larger than they realize. Very strong "good 'ol boy" vibe throughout the company. If you weren't there back in the day...you don't matter.

Harbert International, LLC began construction operations in 2000 under the leadership of Billy Harbert, Jr., carrying on a family tradition in the construction industry dating back to the 1940s. We are proud to be one of the construction industry’s very few family-owned companies with a worldwide portfolio of successfully completed projects.

      B.L. Harbert has two main operating groups, International and U.S. The U.S. Group is further divided into the following divisions: civil, commercial, healthcare and federal. The U.S. and International groups undertake preconstruction, general construction, construction management, and design-build services for both the private and public sectors.
