      It is a company that develop vehicles and not software, so there is a point where options are limited in terms of developing software skills.

      Benefits excellent; flexible work environment

      Cons

      Management didn't know what they were doing - I had 8 different bosses in 2.5 years. In the end, the division ceased operations.
