If you're not French & not upper management you'll be treated like a second-class citizen. - No innovation in systems & processes cause everyone knows each-other & thinks the same way & no one is willing to take risks or see what other companies are doing & try something new. - Overpaying for old & obsolete technology. Zero IT and digital expertise in-house & Major purchasing decisions are in the hands of newlygrads with no real experience learning as they go. - No listening to what the market or customers want. - Tone-deaf communications, marketing and social media. Typos, errors and mistakes in everything that goes to the public.
