Pros

Good benefits. Good salary. Flexible work schedule.

Cons

Very bad financial results in 2023-2024. Lots of layoff and expenses cuts. Not a good place for job security in near future. Very political environment. Needs strong political skills or contacts to progress or even just keep your job. Lots of micromanaging. Bad ressources and expenses management in IT. High and mid management is disconnected from field reality and misinformed by lower management.

Pros

- salad bar - free coffee

Cons

- frequent restructuring - unstable employment - layoff in the company's DNA since its creation - incompetent managers and toxic working environment (BUDS Team for example) - If you are a temporary worker they will take advantage of you like they did with the Mexicans (you work and get lower compensation compared to Canadians) - During the interview they will give you big promises but when you start working with them, they will not keep any promises (liars). - Uncomfortable work chairs - If you are hired by a manager and that manager assigns the project to another manager, there is a high probability that the new manager will bring back members of his team and you will probably be fired (My Case). - The worst management you can see - A company with no culture (to skip)
