      Pros

      Really nice people. Amazing offices. HR is very nice, but not so responsive if you want to follow up with your application.

      Cons

      - French and more french - They cut people who worked for the company from 2 days to 20 years of employment like throwing garbage. One person got hired, she was let go after two weeks because of restructure, along with 50 people. -If you are well paid, you are the first to get cut. If you are paid above 70% of the range of salary for the position, they to cut you first.

      They remove job in montreal to switch them in Brazil and still ask us to come to the office to ''sync''.

      - Good recognition from peers and great Manager

      Cons

      - People with lower skill in the field get put at Team Lead or Manager, I had way more Product experience as my Lead, with also 10 years of experience in Leadership roles and wasn't offered the role. - ROT policy, old mentality, upper management Globablly, this business is, if I am director listen to me. There is no trust at all for their employees. - They are removing lot of people here to replace them with lower cost brazil people.

      BRPs products are cool. The Sturtevant facility is very nice.

      Cons

      Management makes changes on a dime, doesn't listen to advice. Leadership is installed. Business forecasting is never correct.
