      you can learn lots of thinks here, but not because they invest on capacitation is by your own

      long days at work, low budget to keeping work the factory , I had been working around 4 year but never received a opportunity to a best position besides I was consider a good employee

      There are no pros to this job unless you are management they do not care about you here if your supervisor does anything to you and you report it they just say oh that doesn't sound like him been here 4 years save yourself the life draining experience

      Cons

      Everything 4 years no raises mechanic only making 11.75 an hour it's like 1980's wages and unless your management if you need to go to the dr too bad they count it against you even with a dr note
