      Good payment and they leave you alone If the client is happy with you

      Cons

      They are bad handling bad moments. They Will stealth remove you from all access If you are with no contract with mininum no notice períod. I couldnt say bye on friends that i made over the years because they blocked all my access a Second after telling me that i was out

      Client allows flexible schedule They pay sick days, holidays and PTO

      Cons

      No much effort is done to relocate talent in the "Top Talent Pool" No opportunities for growth or communication of where to focus while at the TTP Claim that being part of TTP has no time limit but will terminate contract after a short time
