Pros

I have been working for BairesDev since 2019, and to me has been a great experience so far: 1. I have had some personal issues, and my project manager and People Partner (HRBP) were always willing to help me. They are great! 2. I feel comfortable with my current project 3. They are 100% remote

Cons

I think, for some reason, the hiring process can be challenging; I think it could be because of the number of applicants VS the openings.
