      if they consider you useful they let you alone until further notice, you're fully supported and they give you equipment. Flexible time, you can get mentoring about areas you're not familiar with.

      Cons

      treatment is pretty not so human, you're just a number here, they earn money by having you working for someone else and you're no more than a spreadsheet.
