      Lack of additional benefits besides salary and remote work.

      Not bad for an agency

      Pros

      As long as you're in a project, they are reliable on what they say. Paycheck arrives on time and they don't ask for much time other than the dedicated to the client.

      Cons

      Their understanding of the projects is limited and they like it that way. They don't worry too much about career growth or project success. When a project ends, the next steps are not very transparent and you may find yourself without a job from one day to the other.
