Remote work, flexibility in hours. They find you a client and assign you to a project. Good slack community.

Cons

Sometimes the client has a short deadline. BairesDev takes a big commission of what the client pays.

Cons

Days off are 5 days each 6 month, and national holidays, High performance program for a period of time.
