Cons

They lie. I was told that whenever you have no assignment, you'll be put in the top talent pool with payment. I was fired because there was no assignment for me and none in the pipeline. I had great reviews for the period that I worked there.

They can get projects whithout knowing the end date and if the project ends you can easily be fired.
