      Best company I have worked on in my life

      Pros

      I love my job as DBA SQL Server and SRE-Devops Engineer, I have to say I like almost every day of my work with very few exceptions and that's a lot to say. I really enjoy the environment, the people, the capacity of the team and the freedom. The company is constantly evolving.

      Cons

      Constant change also creates a lot of pressure during these times and sometimes there is just too much to do and priorities are not completely clear.

      The company organization is very good. They have a lot of follow-up meetings to help with your needs. They are always looking for feedback to know where they can improve. The company helps its employees to improve their English skills.

      Cons

      Some workers were dismissed without any early notice.
