      BairesDev treats their employees better than I have seen anywhere else.

      Cons

      With the work laptop purchase the employee could be given more participation.

      Great team

      Pros

      The culture is very nice. Lots of diversity. Good work/life balance. They value talented people. Leaving was a difficult choice.

      Cons

      Communication between departments can be slow and hard. Career roadmap is not well defined. Compensation is OK, but not as competitive as other places.

      Pros

      It is generally a good place to work at. - They provide quality equipment and parts replacements - Feedback on what needs to be improved - Flexibility on the work schedule - Managers are friendly and understanding

      Cons

      - The usual problem with outsourcing: you are neither a BairesDev employee nor a client employee. Thus, less benefits and some confusion on whether some benefit/perk applies to you or not. - If the client you will work at is good, everything is awesome. Otherwise, not so. - Recruitment process needs more transparency, post-interview feedbacks may take several weeks and maybe no feedback is given at all.
