      Great flexibility regarding schedules (especially compared to other jobs where I live in Ecuador). Competitive salary. Great leadership

      Cons

      Recruiting process is a bit messy, and we are required to call candidates way too many times.

      Pros

      The company takes care of everything and connects you with the client. They were always very helpful and offered opportunities for growth. Flexible hours and good teammates in general.

      Cons

      Because they're an intermediate they take a commission of your paycheck. It's possible to make more money contracting directly for a product company.
