      Pros

      At a certain extent, you get to chose your schedule. Remote work with provided equipment. Great culture of training and self-learning opportunities.

      Cons

      No benefits. If you are not organized and proactive, you can find yourself having unrecognized work.

      Mixed feelings

      Pros

      * You can work on world-renowned, interesting projects * Company provides equipment no matter which country you're settled in * HR team responds quickly to questions and concerns

      Cons

      * The company doesn't get involved after you sign the contract. From there, your experience depends completely on the client, leading to mixed to not-so-great results depending on who you end up working with. They won't care for you unless you speak up. * Salaries are not great from the get-go but easily negotiable shortly afterward. It *seems* to me that recruiters try to keep the margin between employee salary and what they charge to clients as big as possible.
