You get access to a lot of different training resources, courses and one-on-one sessions (especially if you work in recruiting) so you know how to approach clients easily.

Cons

Can be a bit confusing to figure out how to implement theoretical knowledge practically when cold calling potential recruits

Pros

Work life balance is amazingly enjoyable Multiculture enviornment helps at people being comprehensive and nice about not understanding all cultures Love my boss and my team as they were all handpicked to form a great new team Very openminded in regards to improvements in most areas

Cons

Could have stronger communication between areas. Recruiting process for some candidates may take longer than usual in some cases, like mine was when coming in but do not regret it whatsoever.
