I've been working at BairesDev for several years and only have good things to talk about. BairesDev is a great company not only in terms of benefits and/or compensation package but also because the company is constantly growing giving its employees a bunch of professional opportunities. BairesDev is by far the best company I've ever worked in.

Pros

BairesDev offers a highly dynamic environment with tons of opportunities. Management really takes care of each employee and keeps everyone motivated. For a company that doubles in size every two years, it really is impressive how BairesDev manages to offer such a rewarding environment.

Cons

Not much comes to mind. Curious to see how our processes keep up now that we're stepping into the 1k employee size.
