      Pros

      The managers are very respectful. If you have issues, they try their best to help. Most professionals are very collaborative, and it is a great place to learn new skills while working on interesting projects.

      Cons

      Salary compensation is just regular, and it has limitations.

      Always pay on time and not delay.

      Cons

      It's one of those companies where you can't grow or build a career, there's no focus on growing with employees, you're alone most of the time executing at your own risk with clients, if the client terminates the project, you won't have continuity in the company.
