Cons

Most senior managers are the same since the company had 350 employees. 90% of promotions are based on politics and nepotism, not performance. If you click on Senior Managers on Linkedin you will see that they rotate roles between them. Senior Management doesn't even speak English properly

No one cares about you - you're just a number

Very process focused with everything already thought out. They have grown significantly in the past 5 years. They have a great client base and have executed many impressive projects.

Cons

You are just a number. No one cares about you unless you fulfill all of their process oriented activities and also have high performance. They will provide you no transparency into what "good" looks like and how you are actually performing within the larger group. This lack of transparency will hinder your ability to understand how to progress. This is not a place to work if you like clarity and if you would like to pursue career advancement. When you leave, they make the off boarding process a huge pain. Beware that your 401K will likely not be vested, so you will lose any employer contributions.
