      Pros

      Since I joined the company a few years ago, I've been working on two different projects for clients in the US. When the first one was over, I was presented with the opportunity to join another project in which I´m now able to expand my technical skills and learn new things.

      Cons

      I would like to get more communications around new projects and where the company is going in terms of technologies, challenges, etc.
