I went through the hiring process, left my company to work at baires where they offered a “long term position”. Their client closed the contract and I was fired after 20 days. Would not recommend this place in a million years

I got an offer from another company but BairesDev insisted that I stay. I've accepted the counter-proposal (even though it was 30% lower than the original one) because I liked the client's project I was allocated. 2 months later the client had to stop the project and I've finished it with high performance and no negative feedback, and after one month of idleness, I was fired without notice. A day later, I saw lots of open roles with the same function that I was doing on Linkedin and other similar sites. I had 3 different clients and only the last one was good, it's a real Russian roulette (and they don't seem to care).
