      Amazing place to work

      Pros

      BairesDev has a staff that is continuously taking care of the engineers. They care about your health and specially mental health (maybe because I was the entire pandemic working with them). When I got sick, and was not able to work, they paid me my entire salary. I really enjoyed working there.

      It's not easy to get promotions : )

      If you know how to negotiate you can receive good money

      Cons

      Micro management, Toxic environment, Made a promisse of benefits that did not become real, terrible recruiting for Tech positions (some good professionals were hired and fired in a month because of a bad fit caused by the company) Lack of opportunity to grow

      Vacations 1 week each 6 motns, PTO, local holidays

      Cons

      Very low salary compared to the US market, no additional benefits like medical insurance, bonus, 401k.
