A good place to start working for the US companies remotely.

Cons

As a middleman between you and the customer/project, BairesDev gets a good percentage on top of your contract. I worked for 3 years and always received excellent customer reports but I've never gotten a contract/salary increase. After 3 years the customer terminated the contract with BairesDev and BairesDev was not able to reallocate me to a new project.

Pros

There are a lot of projects. That means if one project finishes you can move to the next one. Little bureaucracy and payment is always on time.

Cons

Salaries depend on the country. So you will get less if you work from LATAM.

Pros

The possibility of working 100% remotely is one of the greatest advantages. Also, the work environment is amazing. Plus, working with people from all over the world provides an amazing experience. There is also a real opportunity to grow; it all comes down to performance. The greater it is, the higher your chances to build a career.

Cons

There is a downside to the 100% remote work. Getting to know peers (in person) becomes very challenging. However, the company has deployed some interesting activities to overcome this issue.
