Very flexible schedule, unlimited PTO, great culture.

Cons

To some, a work hard play hard mentality might not sound attractive. There have been weeks where I’ve logged 60-70 hour weeks but there are plenty of times where we go to happy hours, socials, etc. If you’re going into consulting this shouldn’t be a shock but someone with out experience should be aware.
