There are much better consulting companies to work
Pros
Worked from home most days throughout the week and I was getting paid good it was reallly just the people and culture that ruined it. It could be a much better company if they focused more on culture.
Cons
Horrible leadership, toxic work culture and NO diversity. Culture very much gives maga supporters, fake liberal, tech bro kind of vibes. They are still doing quiet firing too. People who know absolutely nothing will be Directors/VP's etc but it will take someone who knows what they are doing forever (or never) to get promoted. Only work here if you need money, have no other options or as a stepping stone to somewhere better in the future. The culture is what makes working here unsustainable. There are companies paying the same/more or les the nonsense, choose wisely!
