Pros

I worked in a small office

Cons

Merger pushed AZ Firm from local to international. Became a COG. Only cared about billable hours. Unlimited PTO is a joke. Summer Friday's are a joke unless you work at least 40 hours and no admin time in the off season. Will burn you out. Stuck on salary with minimal bonuses and required OT constantly. Not worth it. Lays-off workers to make the YE and quarterly numbers look better for Private Equity Partners. You can tell their only goal is to become a BIG 5 firm. Ruining the industry in the process.

Pros

If you like forming cliques, collectivist and gossip culture. If you like a non-diverse workplace.

Cons

- Don't expect to speak English here - Lots of politics, trust issue, Favoritism and blame culture - Nonexistent management - Uneven workload, which is luck of the draw, expect to OT Overall, really really toxic
