Generally people are nice and helpful if you reach out to them.

Cons

Poorly organized, probably due to expanding without properly integrating all the firms they acquired. Internal website is a mess, difficult to find resources, scheduling is a mess, communication is lacking, employees are taken for granted/underpaid.
