Long hours during busy season. Long hours working from home, which takes time away from your loved ones.

Great leadership, your ideas are heard and you are able to implement your ideas, excellent and competitive benefits, employees are fun and down to earth

Cons

If you live in the suburbs, you'll have to walk around the loop to get to their main office on Lake and Michigan but there are opportunities to work from home or in their Oak Brook office if needed.
