      Great benefits and competitive salary. Transparent communication from the leadership and they really care about the employees. Flexible work schedule. Unlimited PTO. A lot of learning opportunities and great people to work with. During covid, the company has provided additional programs to support employees working remotely, including firm disconnect days for employees to manage work/life, amazon giftcards to purchase items to work from home, expanding the gym fitness reimbursement, credit for additional online classes for employees' kids, etc.

      - Long hours impacting work/life balance, but that is expected in the consulting industry - Need more diversity in leadership
