      Pros

      Baker Tilly promotes a healthy work/life balance and continued personal growth. There are also a lot of opportunities for advancement. It's a pleasure to work with this company.

      Cons

      This is not really a downside of working for Baker Tilly but because it is a larger firm with many offices, sometimes it can be challenging having most of your team in different states/countries.
