There is great camaraderie at BT. The Company has a lot of initiatives, programs, and trainings available to get involved, and they highly encourage involvement with the programs and with coworkers. The benefits package is great too.

Cons

The workload can be daunting, but it is a typical busy season expectation of 60+ hours from mid-January through May.

You will take on a lot of responsibility very early on. Fast paced during “busy season” and plenty of learning opportunities for clients and M&A deal structure, given it is a smaller middle market firm.

Cons

There is generally a lack of team organization on client engagements and upper management can be difficult to work with.
